How to raise a complaint
- Email support@investechotech.com with the words "Complaint" in the subject and a description of the issue.
- Include your school name, your role (parent / staff / admin), and any relevant dates or screenshots.
Our response
- Acknowledgement within 2 business days.
- Substantive response within 15 business days, or sooner where possible.
- Where investigation requires more time, we will tell you and give a revised timeline.
Escalation
- Privacy / data complaints: lodge with the South African Information Regulator (POPIA), the UK ICO, or your local EU supervisory authority.
- Payment disputes: contact Paystack directly, or your card issuer.
- Consumer rights (SA): National Consumer Commission.
