Acceptable Use Policy

You must not

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or to facilitate any unlawful act.
• Upload, share or transmit content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, infringing of intellectual property, or violates the privacy of others.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, worms, or any code designed to disrupt or damage software or hardware.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, other accounts, or related systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the platform, except to the extent permitted by law.
• Scrape, crawl or otherwise extract data using automated means without our written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform, including by overloading it, spamming it, or circumventing rate limits or security measures.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a school or family.
• Use the platform to send unsolicited marketing communications.
• Re-disclose another person's personal information obtained through the platform, except as permitted by your role.

Children's safety

Any content depicting, sexualising or endangering a child will be removed immediately on becoming aware of it, the account terminated, and reported to the relevant authorities.

Reporting abuse

Report violations to abuse@investechotech.com. Include URLs, screenshots and any context that will help us investigate.

Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts for breach of this policy. We may cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
