what exactly is free for life?
your white-label school website, unlimited teachers and admins, unlimited parent accounts, your first 10 active children, and every feature on the platform. no trial clock, no expiry, no credit card.
when do i start paying?
only when you enrol your 11th active child. you'll see a prompt to activate a R199 / month block, which covers children 11 through 30. schools grow in blocks of 20 from there.
what counts as a child?
only active enrolments. waitlisted, withdrawn or archived children never count toward billing. your first 10 active children are always free.
do teachers or parents cost extra?
no. teacher and admin accounts are unlimited on every plan, and parents use the platform free of charge, forever. pricing only scales with active children.
what if a payment fails?
you get a 7-day grace period with full access. after that, existing enrolments, parents and teachers keep working — only adding a new child beyond your free 10 is paused until billing is restored.
can i cancel?
yes, at any time. your subscription stops at the end of the current month and you drop back to the free starter tier — your first 10 child enrolments stay fully managed. you can resubscribe whenever you're ready.
