what counts as a child?
any child with status 'active' on your roll. waitlisted and withdrawn children don't count, so you only pay for children who are actually enrolled.
what happens if i exceed my capacity?
you'll see a prompt to add another 50-spot block. existing enrolments stay safe — only adding a new active child is blocked until you have capacity.
what if a payment fails?
you get a 7-day grace period with full access. after that, you keep read access to your data and parents/teachers stay fully functional — but adding new children is paused until billing is restored.
can i cancel?
yes, at any time. your subscription stops at the end of the current month and your data remains accessible. you can resubscribe whenever you're ready.
